Art & Framing Consultant

Location: Mumbai – Showrooms in Lower Parel, Andheri & Goregaon + Client Visits Across the City

Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Weekly off on a weekday)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

As an Art & Framing Consultant at Framebazaar, you will be the face of our brand. Your role involves engaging with walk-in and online clients, understanding their art or décor needs, and offering bespoke framing and artwork solutions. You’ll guide them through selections, present mockups, suggest framing styles, and ensure seamless coordination from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales:

- Welcome walk-in clients and consult them on their art and framing needs.
- Understand client preferences and suggest suitable frames, mounts, and artworks.
- Convert leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and website inquiries.
- Visit high-potential clients (homes, offices, interior designers) for consultation and measurements if required.

Art & Frame Consultation:

- Recommend framing styles based on interior themes, artwork type, or photographs.




- Present digital mockups using in-house tools to help customers visualize the final product.
- Offer guidance on paper types, mount options, and glazing (glass vs. acrylic).

Quotation & Coordination:

• Prepare quotations with accurate pricing, sizes, and timelines.

- Work closely with the in-house design, printing, and production teams to ensure order accuracy.
- Follow up with customers at various stages to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.

Product Knowledge:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Framebazaar’s catalogue including wood, metal, tabletop, gallery wall frames, and art collections.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and post-sale follow-up.
- Collect testimonials and encourage referrals from satisfied customers.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in interior décor, art consulting, picture framing, or premium retail sales (1–4 years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aesthetic sense and eye for design, color, and composition.
- Confidence to consult high-end clients including architects, designers, and art collectors.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.
- Comfortable using basic design software/tools for mockups (training will be provided).
- Based in Mumbai and open to showroom and client site visits.
