Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct induction, pre-licensing, product, sales, and soft-skills training for Agents/Business Associates.

- Facilitate smooth onboarding and conduct refresher training for newly recruited advisors.

- Provide on-the-job coaching to improve advisor activation, productivity, and sales performance.

- Conduct role plays, case studies, and practical sales workshops.

- Identify training needs based on performance and sales team feedback.

- Coordinate with Sales Teams, Area Training Heads, and RTH for monthly training activities.

- Maintain training attendance, records, reports, and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines.

Qualification & Experience:

- Any Graduate; MBA preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of Sales experience with at least 1 year of Training experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services.

- Agency Channel/Life Insurance experience preferred.

- Freshers with an MBA from a reputed business school may also apply.

- Robust communication, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Fluency in the local language and English preferred.
