Job Profile

VNH Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager with strong exposure to the Pediatric Pharmaceutical Segment.

The candidate should have good relationships with Pediatricians, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Stockists and Distributors in the assigned territory and should be capable of developing the market as well as leading a field sales team.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the Pediatric Segment.
- Robust working relationships with Pediatricians in the assigned territory.
- Previous experience in Pediatric medicines, vaccines or child-health products will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in reputed vaccine companies such as Serum Institute of India, Bharat Biotech, Biological E (BE) or similar organizations will be given preference.
- Should have experience in doctor coverage, prescription generation, product promotion and sales achievement.
- Should have good knowledge of stockists, distributors and pharmaceutical trade channels.
- Previous experience in team handling / MR management is preferred.
- Good communication, leadership,



planning and reporting skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities The Area Manager will be responsible for achieving the assigned sales targets, developing VNH's Pediatric portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with pediatricians and key doctors, expanding doctor and stockist coverage, supervising and motivating the field force, conducting joint fieldwork, monitoring daily/monthly performance and identifying opportunities for business growth. The candidate should also be capable of building new territories, strengthening existing markets and developing a productive Pediatric sales team.

Preferred Candidate

We particularly welcome candidates who already have a strong Pediatrician network and have successfully worked with established Pediatric / Vaccine companies.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in relevant Pharma/Pediatric Sales

Salary: Attractive salary + incentives, based on experience and existing market potential.
