We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage sales activities and business growth in the assigned territory. The role involves developing relationships with Ayurvedic doctors, managing distributors and channel partners, conducting field visits, and achieving sales targets.
Candidates with experience in the Ayurveda / Ayurvedic pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of the local market are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Ayurvedic doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals.
- Manage distributors and channel partners in the assigned area.
- Generate orders and support secondary sales.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Support product promotions and recent product launches.
- Monitor stock availability and order requirements.
- Track competitor activities and market developments.
- Identify new business opportunities in the territory.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for sales and distribution activities.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional business relationships.
Required Skills

Eligibility
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in Ayurveda / Ayurvedic pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Previous experience as an ASM, Area Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive will be an advantage.
- Experience handling Ayurvedic doctors, distributors and channel partners will be preferred.
- Candidates should have good knowledge of Pune market.
