Positions: Business Development Executive & Sales Officer
POSITION 1: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Salary: ₹21,500 + Incentives + Petrol Allowance
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit contractors, dealers, builders & construction sites
- Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities
- Promote & sell TMT Bars, Steel Rods, Structural Steel, Roofing Sheets & other construction materials
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets through regular field visits and follow-ups
POSITION 2: SALES OFFICER Salary: ₹30,000 + Incentives + Petrol Allowance
Work Description:
- Order & Payment Follow-up – Follow up with customers for orders and timely payments
- Primary Sales – Shop Visit – Visit shops/dealers regularly and generate primary sales
- Site Visit – Visit construction sites to identify requirements and generate business
- BDE Handling – Coordinate with and guide BDEs to achieve sales targets
- Bar Bender Meet – Conduct regular meetings with bar benders and build product awareness
- Travelling – Approximately 150 KM/day within the assigned territory
COMMON ELIGIBILITY – BOTH POSITIONS
- Any Degree / Diploma
- 0–6 years of experience
- Freshers can also apply for BDE Role
- Bike & Valid Driving License mandatory
- Positive communication & convincing skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
