NCL Buildtek is looking for Area Sales Manager - Tile Adhesives product for the Chennai location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- To achieve planned growth in revenues and profitability for the Tile Adhesives vertical.

- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with corporate priorities.

- Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies.

- Develop and implement effective positioning and pricing strategies based on various factors such as geography, competition, penetration goals etc.,

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

- Develop strategic plans to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

- Build a Technical support/ sales service team for application support to customers, product seeding and training of applicators.

- Responsible for achievement of targets for top and bottom line for the product vertical including volume targets.





- Coordinate with the marketing communication team in building brand awareness and ensure brand visibility across customer segments.

- Define and work cooperative to implement ATL and BTL activities to promote brands across the product segment.

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

- Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are equipped for marketing the new products.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum Graduation with 8 to 10 years of experience in sales & marketing preferably from Tile Adhesives background with products like tile adhesives, grout, epoxy, screed, etc.

- Experience must cover leading a team to manage product specification process among Architects and consultants.

- The incumbent should be good at: Analytical and problem solving skills Negotiation skills Leadership skills Presentation skills.
