Key Responsibilities:
- Expand our dealer/distributor network and build robust relationships with builders, architects, and contractors within the assigned territory.
- Drive primary and secondary sales targets for tiles and sanitary products.
- Appoint new channel partners and monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Resolve client issues and ensure timely payments and collections.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of B2B/channel sales experience in the building materials, tiles, or sanitaryware sector.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and territory management skills.
