AREA SALES MANAGER JOB OPENING AT KUDOS

We are hiring a area sales Manager for our interior hardware manufacturing and distribution company.

Location & Interview Venue: SOUTH INDIA DISTRIBUTOR, Behind Ambedkar College, Nagarbhavi, Bangalore.

Timings: 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Responsibilities:

Dealer Network Expansion (Hardware Shops): Visit major hardware retail hubs daily (such as S.P. Road, Chickpet, Banaswadi, Kanakapura Road, etc.) to pitch your product catalog, register new dealer shops, and secure counter displays.

B2B Client Acquisition (Designers & Architects): Map out and visit interior design firms and architectural studios in major commercial hubs like Indiranagar, HSR Layout, Koramangala, and Jayanagar to get your hardware specified in their project mood boards.

Builder & Contractor Tie-ups: Target active residential and commercial construction sites across growing areas (like Whitefield, Electronic City, and Yelahanka) to pitch bulk hardware supply directly to builders and project contractors.

Order Booking & Stock Management: Visit existing hardware shops regularly to audit stock levels, introduce new product arrivals (e.g., premium handles, kitchen profiles, soft-close channels), and book repeat orders.

Payment & Outstanding Collection:



Ensure healthy cash flow by collecting payments on time from dealers and clients according to agreed credit periods, minimizing outstanding dues.

Product Demonstrations & Displays: Carry physical sample kits and catalog lookbooks to client meetings, effectively demonstrating product finishes, weight, durability, and smooth functionality.

Competitor Tracking in Bangalore Market: Keep a close eye on rival distributors and brands in Bangalore. Monitor their dealer margins, pricing schemes, and credit terms, and share regular feedback with management.

Reporting: Maintain a structured daily route plan and log all dealer/designer visits, follow-ups, and orders into the company sales reporting tool or CRM..

Salary: First 2 months: ₹25,000 / month After 2 months: Up to ₹40,000 / month (Based on work performance)

Rules: 1 month prior notice required before resigning. ₹10,000 penalty fine applies for immediate resignation without notice.
