We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage and develop the Delhi NCR territory for our Medical Surgical Device products.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in selling the following products will be preferred:
- Hemodialysis Kits / HD Consumables
- Blood Tubing Sets
- Single-Use Medical Devices
- Central Venous Catheters (CVC)
- Other Surgical & Hospital Consumables
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve sales targets across Delhi NCR.
- Build relationships with hospitals, dialysis centres, doctors, purchase departments and distributors.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage existing accounts and develop new institutional business.
- Appoint and manage distributors wherever required.
- Conduct regular field visits and submit sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and customer support.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Medical Device / Surgical Consumables Sales.
- Experience in Hemodialysis Products, Single-Use Medical Devices or related healthcare products preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR hospital and distributor markets.
- Valuable communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented, self-driven and willing to travel extensively.
- Existing hospital / dialysis centre network will be an added advantage.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards + Performance Incentives. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
