We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Business Development professionals with a strong background in sales, Business development, excellent negotiation skills and a strong network among key decision makers in the Insurance/ Fintech category.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and target potential partners relevant for BNPL,
develop strategic plans, and execute strategies to onboard and build long-term relationships.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster collaboration & trust and encourage repeat business.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to understand the organization structures, expand to current markets and channels and achieve revenue targets.
Industry Knowledge: Staying up to date on trends, competitors, and market dynamics within the lifestyle sector.Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in the BNPL space.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, Sales,
Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on product offerings and support partners effectively.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report key business metrics, sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management experience - any industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively (with internal and external stakeholders) in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel inter-city as well as intra-city as per business requirements
