Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage sales operations and drive business growth within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing dealer/distributor networks, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer/distributor network.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor field sales activities.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Ensure proper follow-up on customer enquiries, orders,



and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
