Role Description The Area Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The individual in this role will manage and grow sales within an assigned territory, including developing relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors, and promoting the company’s anesthesia disposable medical devices. Daily activities include visiting customers, presenting product features and benefits, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring timely order collection and follow-up.

The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing sales performance, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams for inventory, delivery, and customer support.





The Area Sales

Manager is expected to identify new business opportunities, execute territory sales plans, and support marketing activities such as product demonstrations and local events.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience managing a territory or region.

- Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare products, especially in anesthesia or related areas, is highly beneficial.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and effectively handle negotiations.

- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and comfortable preparing sales reports and documentation.

- Self-motivated with robust organizational and time-management skills, capable of working independently in the field.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; relevant sales experience in healthcare is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area and familiarity with the Nagpur region and surrounding markets.
