Area Sales Manager - Insurance - Motor Finance - Sales - New Delhi - Kailash Building - (M1-M3) Main Accountabilities • Responsibility of driving insurance business in MF Mapped Region in line with the budgeted numbers.

- Ensure Zone wise targets for the mapped region are reviewed regularly with RSM’s &
- NSM’s to ensure 100% target achievement of the region.
- Ensure implementation of launched current products from HO insurance team at mapped region both from product & process perspective.
- Act as an interface between TMFL Sales &
- Operations Channel &
- Insurance Companies for quick and faster resolution of any queries pertaining to insurance product/ process.




- Train regularly TMF Sales Team to draw and maintain regular training calendars for the mapped region which covers all products/locations which are not on budgets.
- Maintaining good relationship with mapped RBH, RPHs and Sales, operations, credit teams for driving healthy cross sell penetrations.
- Manage impeccable relations with empanelled insurance companies.
- Support field team in processing claims pertaining to Motor, Health &
- Life.
- The candidate must be up to date with changes in insurance regulation and industry best practices.

Qualifications • Minimum Degree: Graduate (Bachelors in any specialization) from a recognized university
