- Manage and monitor Gold Loan branches across the assigned area.

- Drive sales, customer acquisition, disbursements, renewals, and business growth.

- Achieve business, collection, and portfolio targets.

- Guide and motivate Branch Managers and branch teams.

- Monitor LTV, overdue, delinquency, NPA, collections, and portfolio quality.

- Ensure proper gold appraisal, KYC, documentation, and loan processing.

- Conduct branch visits and ensure operational and process compliance.

- Identify and control credit, fraud, and operational risks.

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk, Audit, and Collections teams.

- Review area-wise MIS and performance and report to management.

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, KYC/AML, and regulatory guidelines.
