Area Sales Manager – Indore The Crispy Company is looking for an Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales and develop the Indore & suburban markets.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and drive primary & secondary sales.

Appoint and manage distributors across the assigned territory.

Expand retail distribution and increase active outlets.

Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and scheme execution.

Build solid relationships with distributors and key retailers.

Monitor sales, stock, market coverage, and competitor activities.

Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.

Develop beat plans and drive effective market execution.

Submit regular sales reports, MIS, and market intelligence.

Experience & Requirements:

3–7 years of sales experience in FMCG, Food, Bakery, Confectionery, Snacks, or related industries.

Experience in distributor management and General Trade preferred.

Experience in launching a new brand or developing a new territory will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
