Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Branch Manager in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Monitor daily leads, consultations, conversions, follow-ups, and closures.

- Guide and motivate the sales/consultant team to improve performance.

- Handle customer enquiries and support package conversions and upgrades.

- Ensure effective follow-up with leads and existing clients.

- Track daily sales reports, team performance, and branch KPIs.

- Coordinate with Dieticians, Consultants, Physiotherapists, and Front Desk teams.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and clinic operations.

- Identify opportunities to improve sales, retention, and client experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
