- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets across Kerala.
- Manage and develop distributors, dealers and retail outlets.
- Expand distribution network and increase market coverage across Kerala.
- Drive sales growth through effective market planning and execution.
- Lead, monitor and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor market performance.
- Monitor distributor stock, sales, collections and outstanding payments.
- Ensure product availability and effective retail coverage.
- Implement company schemes, promotions and visibility activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities and appoint new distributors wherever required.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports to management.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in FMCG Sales is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Kerala FMCG market and distributor network.
- Experience in distributor handling and retail sales.
- Valuable team-handling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Malayalam communication is preferred.
