Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Job Type: Full time | Field Work
Salary Package: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to handle field sales activities, develop new business opportunities, generate leads independently, and contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle field sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads independently through field activities, networking, references, and local market development.
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Explain the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and sales presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the company CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requirements.
- Provide regular field activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory
- Two-Wheeler – Mandatory
- Willingness to undertake regular field work and travel.
- Must be capable of generating leads independently.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
