AREA SALES MANAGER

Looking for a sales leader who can build markets, strengthen relationships and deliver results.

We are looking for an energetic, young (not more than 40yrs old) and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive the sales and market development of Polycab Wires & Cables in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and achievement of targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of 2–3 Sales Executives.
- Develop robust, long-term relationships with dealers, contractors, OEMs and key customers.
- Expand the dealer network and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive regular market visits and customer engagement.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
- Ensure effective follow-up on enquiries, orders and collections.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience, in electrical / wires & cables / building materials.




- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong existing relationships with dealers, contractors and OEMs.
- Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
