Job Discription :-
- Drive territory sales and revenue targets.
- Responsible for closure of the lead provided.
- Develop territory-specific sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Sales Executives.
- Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Build customer relationships and resolve escalations.
- Promote premium plans and value-added services.
- Identify new business opportunities and local partnerships.
- Track KPIs, CRM updates, MIS reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
