Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Gurgaon.

The Area Sales

Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in an assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and other healthcare providers. Daily activities include visiting customer sites, presenting product portfolios, negotiating contracts, managing the sales pipeline, and meeting or exceeding territory sales targets. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams for order management, logistics coordination, and customer support, as well as monitoring market trends and competitor activities.





The Area Sales

Manager will also prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, participate in product trainings, and represent the company at relevant events and meetings.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics sectors.
- Strong relationship-building and customer management skills, with the ability to engage clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities, including comfort with explaining technical product features and benefits.
- Capability to manage a territory independently, prioritize opportunities, and work toward clear revenue and growth objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region and work on-site with customers in Gurgaon and surrounding areas.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset aligned with the needs of healthcare institutions.
