- Develop and execute local sales strategies to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

- Lead Generation: Prospect current clients via cold calling, market mapping, networking, and field visits within the assigned area.

- Client Engagement: Conduct product presentations, pitch solutions, and negotiate pricing or contract terms.

- Channel Management: Build strong relationships with local distributors, retailers, and dealers to ensure product visibility and stock availability.

- Reporting: Track daily activities, maintain records in CRM software, and submit progress reports to management.

- Experience: 0 to 3 years of field sales experience (depending on junior or senior executive levels).

- Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, resilience, and negotiation capabilities.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and basic MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
