Kani Delights (An EPI Gourmet firm)is a growing Kerala-based food brand focused on bringing quality, authentic and convenient food products to consumers. Our portfolio includes traditional Kerala food products, rice powders and spices, with an ambition to build Kani Delights into a trusted household brand.

We are looking for an Area Sales Executive who can help us expand our retail presence, develop distributor relationships and drive sales across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage retail and distributor networks within the assigned territory.
- Visit retail outlets regularly and ensure product availability and visibility.
- Identify new retailers, distributors and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors and other channel partners.
- Ensure proper merchandising, product placement and visibility at retail outlets.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with distributors to avoid stock-outs.
- Track market trends, pricing and customer feedback.
- Support product launches and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely collection of market feedback and share insights with the Kani Delights team.
- Maintain regular sales reports and provide updates on market development.
- Help Kani Delights expand its presence across key retail markets in Kerala.

What We’re Looking For





- 3+ years of experience in FMCG sales / food products / consumer goods preferred.
- Experience working with retailers and distributors will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the local market and retail landscape.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a field-sales territory.
- Target-oriented with a robust ownership mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and English preferred.
- A valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
- Own a Two wheeler
