We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to work in the field to generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet potential clients and understand their marketing requirements.
- Present and promote the agency’s services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 month of sales experience.
- Solid client-dealing and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and perform field work.
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
- Experience in a marketing/advertising agency is preferred.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle would be an advantage.
