Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Retail Manager to manage and drive the performance of multiple stores across Jaipur and surrounding locations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in fashion or ethnic retail, with proven expertise in sales, store operations, team management, inventory, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations and performance of multiple retail stores across the assigned area.
- Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and store productivity to achieve business targets.
- Monitor key retail KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, footfall, and customer retention.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for stores.
- Lead, coach, and motivate Store Managers and retail teams.
- Conduct regular store visits and ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
- Identify underperforming stores and implement effective action plans to improve performance.
- Ensure proper manpower planning, staff productivity, grooming, attendance, and training.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, stock movement, ageing, replenishment, and shrinkage.
- Ensure effective execution of visual merchandising, festive campaigns, promotions, and current collection launches.
- Coordinate with HR, VM, Merchandising,



Supply Chain, and Marketing teams for smooth store operations.
- Analyze store-wise sales and operational reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Monitor competitor activities, local market trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities in Jaipur.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and overall shopping experience.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and share regular MIS and store performance reports with senior management.

Candidate Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in fashion, ethnic wear, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience managing multiple stores is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of retail sales, store operations, inventory, and customer service.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and improving store productivity.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of Jaipur's retail market will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across assigned stores in and around Jaipur.

Preferred Candidate Background Candidates currently working with fashion, ethnic wear, apparel, lifestyle, jewellery, or premium retail brands with multi-store/area management experience are preferred.

Education: Graduate / MBA preferred
