Job Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

- To ensure Order inflow and billing of BPs as per Budget and Sales Plans. To ensure timely collection of receivable as per policy. To co-ordinate between CS & BP to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials. To appoint new networks in no-share zones as per budget and plan.



To conduct Promotional activities as per plan in the assigned territory. Proper distribution of Price Lists & Application charts in the assigned territory. To visit retailers regularly to ensure smooth supplies from Primary Network and address their concerns. To visit mechanics regularly to promote our product and share informtaion on new developements. To watch closely competitor activities and post management on their recent developments. To send reports to the superiors as per given standards in specified time or when required so. To record and escalate customer complaints as per prescribed procedures. Regular training to BP & their staff on product range & application.

Travel

Expenses - To submit Travel expenses for reimbursement in specified time, as per policy. Drive adherence to all Customers, QMS, EHS requirements and ensure timely closure of NC's raised Ensure all documentation is in line with Customer, QMS, EHS requriements & timely update document as per changes in Customers, QMS & EHS requirements.
