:

1. Meet and exceed sales budgets for all segments and verticals (Private, Government, Extended Portfolio)
2. Manage and grow the distribution network in the assigned territory and segments.
3. Create and pursue opportunities in Government segment
4. Generate sustainable flow of recent sales leads through the distribution network and market connect.
5. Manage and cement the Key account relationship.
6. Lead the project and high value opportunities and keep CRM with all stake holders
7. Track the sales progress on daily, weekly, monthly basis by using tools like salesforce CRM and recurring reviews with distributors.
8. Collect outstanding dues as per the timelines and follow up the overdue outstanding.
9. Provide market updates including trends, competition activities, customer needs and order losses
10. Prepare MIS reports as required by the reporting manager.
11. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as customer support, manufacturing, tech support and finance.
12. Travel frequently to all areas while being efficient and effective on expenses
