Key Responsibilities

- Visit Government Medical Departments, Healthcare Institutions and concerned authorities across Kolkata and West Bengal.
- Identify ongoing and upcoming Government Hospital projects and tender opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication with hospital authorities, consultants, contractors and concerned departments.
- Gather information regarding project requirements, procurement plans and upcoming opportunities.
- Support tender-related activities and coordinate with the internal tender team.
- Follow up on Government projects and procurement requirements.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project and tender execution.
- Maintain regular updates and reports on field activities and business opportunities.
- Travel extensively across Kolkata and West Bengal as required for the role.

Requirements
- Candidates with experience in Medical Equipment, Healthcare, Hospital Infrastructure, Biomedical or Government Tender Operations will be preferred.
- Experience in Government Projects, Tender Management,



Project Sales or Field Operations will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of hospital equipment, medical infrastructure, fire network systems and Government healthcare projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, networking and relationship-management skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kolkata and West Bengal.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Bengali is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Kolkata or be willing to relocate before joining.

Working Hours Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
