"House Of Biryan" is a fast-growing food brand passionate about delivering authentic biryani experiences to customers. We are looking for a dynamic Area Head who will play a key role in optimizing our operations while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the performance of multiple stores.
- Drive sales growth and profitability across the assigned region.
- Ensure 100% compliance with operational SOPs and food safety standards.
- Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective actions.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and their teams.
- Monitor inventory, food cost, wastage, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure manpower planning, recruitment, and retention.
- Review daily business performance and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with support functions (HR, SCM, Maintenance, Finance, etc.).
- Lead new store openings and operational improvement initiatives.
- Resolve escalated operational and customer issues.
- Submit weekly/monthly performance reports and action plans to management

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
