Security threat assessment & Strategic planning

Assess security risk assessment and implement mitigation measures in consultation with Regional Security Advisor to counter risks & threats

Implementation of strategies on ground for neutralizing threat To make and review Security procedure SOPs periodically and follow-up on ground strictly.

Proactively Identify the threats and make a intrusion free intelligence network to neutralizing the threats on ground

Develop suitable Security intelligence network to gather and collate information related to the activities of the Occupants and their employees, visitors / customers, public in surrounding area and take proactive measures to curb possible threat to security of the company assets.

To increase the spectrum of security system, modernized security of operations and to design the implementation of all existing and forthcoming threats for the entire plant area

Maintenance, upkeep of all Security infrastructure, systems, and gadgets so as to keep them in working / operational condition.

Smooth functioning of Security Automation system – ensuring maximum uptime of automation system and gadgets.

Implementation of Security procedures and maintenance & upkeep of records as per procedure.

Planning, Forecasting and Procurement of spares for maintenance of automation gadgets.

Workforce Management

Monitor and review the outsourced staff strength and accordingly conduct recruitment

Oversee and evaluate performance of the third-party security personnel services provider ensuring the deployed personnel are as per the defined parameters

Engage periodically with the outsourced security employees to ensure their welfare and befitting the organizational interest

Performance review, skill development and succession planning of team.

Plan, organize, deploy, and monitor deployment of all Security resources and personnel to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of security parameters.





To ensure Accountability of security manpower planning and deployment, budgeting, procurement and installation of equipment’s, Vigilance activities, Training, Emergency Management, Liaison and coordination.

Traffic management Planning & execution in reference to Education, Engineering, Enforcement & Emergency Response.

Responsible for maintaining smooth control of Traffic inside the Plant premises. Take preventive and corrective measure to reduce number of accidents in Plant premises. Carry out investigation of all Traffic accidents & will be responsible for closing all the recommendations. Carry out surprise checks and audits. Identify potential Traffic hazard and implement corrective actions in consultation with SFH TA & Security.

Development & Implementation of Crisis Management and Incident response plan in coordination with all internal stakeholders to ensure effective emergency response on ground

Mobilization of the QRT on time. Effective handling of the incident and support to the emergency responders. Barricading of the effective area and smooth evacuation of people from the incident site.

Immediate activation of security response team at the emergency site as early as possible in case of unplanned contingencies.

Budgetary Controls

Planning, monitoring and optimum utilization of Colony CAPEX and REVEX budget.

To ensure zero pilferage of material especially with respect to high-value assets.

General Administration

Train the team on regular basis and maintain cordial relationship with company and contract workforce in order to ensure smooth execution of work and to maintain a motivated workforce.

Conceptualize, design, implement and review security policies, standards procedures and guidelines.

Conduct threat & risk assessments from time to time as per business requirement.

Review & improvise the existing sourcing strategy, practices & policies including assess of business risk with best in the present scenario.

Develop & maintain continuous engagement with key business partners to ensure quality results
