To ensure credit assessments for the LAP business in the assigned |

locations. Ensuring credit decisions are approved /presented basis the |

policies, processes and as per merits of the cases logged in. |

2: Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & |

responsibilities of this job) |

Credit Assessment: |

Responsible for performing detailed credit analysis for LAP cases and field|

visits for the cases in the assigned locations. |

Review underwriting process at branch/location level as per process and |

policies. |

CAM preparation and analysis of financial statements. |

Financial Analysis and in-depth eligibility calculation of LAP cases for |

the assigned locations. |

Advisory and Credit Assessments for LAP cases in locations and evaluating |

credit worthiness. |

Present the analysis to the committee for approval through RCM and NCM. |

Operations & Monitoring: |

Co-ordinate for legal documentation, disbursement. |

Co-ordinate with Technical team for technical evaluation process. |

Co-ordinate for credit risk assessment of risk mitigation |

Post-disbursement monitoring, maintaining portfolio quality. |

Relationship management with the DSA and Channel partners. |

Monitoring collection of dues from the customers in collaboration with |

collections team |





MIS monitoring with correct information and tracking of TAT for each case. |
