Key Responsibilities

- Lead the EIL/School Funding business for the assigned area and achieve disbursement, revenue and portfolio targets.

- Acquire and manage relationships with schools, educational institutions, trusts and societies.

- Identify potential schools and institutions requiring funding for infrastructure development, expansion, renovation and other business requirements.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and customer meetings to sanction, documentation and disbursement.

- Build robust relationships with school promoters, trustees, management and key decision-makers.

- Manage and guide the EIL sales team and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations,



Legal and Risk teams for smooth processing of proposals.

- Evaluate customer business profiles, financial statements, cash flows and repayment capacity.

- Ensure quality sourcing and maintain portfolio quality with proper monitoring of existing accounts.

- Drive cross-selling of relevant banking products and deepen relationships with educational institutions.

- Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities within the assigned geography.

- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines and internal processes.
