We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler (Architecture & Structure) to join our team. In this role, you will create detailed 3D Building Information Models (BIM) using software like Revit to help plan, design, and coordinate our construction projects. You will work closely with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to turn design concepts into accurate digital models.

Key Responsibilities

- Model Creation: Build 3D Architectural and Structural BIM models using Revit based on sketches, CAD drawings, and design specs.
- Coordination & Clash Detection: Run clash detection (using Navisworks or Revit) to find and fix design conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems before construction starts.
- Drawing Generation: Produce accurate 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail sheets directly from the 3D model.
- BIM Standards: Ensure all models comply with company standards, project templates, and quality requirements.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with architects, engineers,



and project managers to make necessary model revisions.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Min 2 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Modeler in architectural and structural projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit (Architecture & Structure).
- Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of building construction methods, structural elements, and architectural detailing.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work in a team.
