- Draft drawings incorporating entire information and within given timelines.
- Enable for proper release of drawing to the site.
- Documentation and File/Folder Management.
- Taking Site measurements and incorporating in as built drawings
- Site visit as per instructions from seniors.
- Preparing drawings for submission to various regulatory authorities as per SOPs
- Working out areas and preparing documents as per RERA works.
Preferred candidate profile Overall experience around 1-10 years preferably in the Real Estate industry municipal drawings & execution drawings .
