Studio AD (Architecture & Interior Design Firm) is looking for experienced professionals to join our team for residential and commercial architecture and interior projects. We are hiring for office-based architectural drafting and planning as well as site supervision and execution.

Positions Available

1. Architectural Draftsman – Office Role The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, plans and working drawings based on design requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of architectural plans, layouts and working drawings
- Preparation of sections and elevations
- Space planning and basic architectural detailing
- Modifying drawings as per project and site requirements
- Preparing detailed, execution-ready drawings
- Maintaining drawing files and documentation
- Coordination with the architect and site team

Required Skills:

- AutoCAD proficiency is must
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting and planning
- Ability to prepare detailed working drawings
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
- Basic knowledge of construction and building details
- Good coordination and communication skills

2. Site Supervisor – Architecture & Interior Projects The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities and ensuring that construction and interior work is executed as per drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day construction and interior work




- Ensure work is executed as per architectural and interior drawings
- Monitor site progress and work quality
- Coordinate with contractors, workers and vendors
- Manage and supervise labour at site
- Check material requirements and usage
- Identify and communicate site-related issues
- Coordinate with the office and design team
- Maintain regular site progress updates
- Ensure work is completed as per project timelines

Required Skills:

- Practical knowledge of construction and interior execution
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings
- Experience handling workers, contractors and vendors
- Valuable understanding of site execution and finishing work
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work at project sites

Experience Required Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for both roles.
