Role Description This is a full-time, in office Architectural Drafter role based in Borivali.

The Architectural

Drafter will prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and layouts under the guidance of project architects. Daily responsibilities include developing plans and elevations, updating drawings based on design revisions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable codes and standards. The role also involves coordinating with architects, consultants, and, when required, contractors to resolve design and documentation issues.





The Architectural

Drafter will assist in planning tasks, maintain drawing files and documentation, and support the team in meeting project deadlines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to produce precise, detailed plans and documentation.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Architecture and Planning to understand design intent, spatial organization, and functional requirements.
- Candidates should possess solid Drawing skills, including technical drafting and visual representation, using both manual and digital tools.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with building codes, standards, and materials are highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Architecture or Architectural Drafting, along with prior experience in an architectural or design firm, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, effective communication, and capability to work collaboratively on-site in Borivali are essential.
