Architectural Draftsman –

Location: Bhandup

Experience: 2–5 Years

:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop drawings based on architectural concepts, site measurements, and project requirements.
- Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD and coordinate with design teams.
- Make revisions and modifications based on architect/client feedback.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, dimensions, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site teams.
- Prepare detailed drawings for execution and construction purposes.
- Assist in preparing BOQ, material details, and documentation when required.
- Conduct site visits and update drawings based on actual site conditions.




- Maintain and organize project drawings and ensure proper version control.

Key Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of architectural drafting and construction drawings
- Understanding of plans, elevations, sections, and detailing
- Knowledge of Revit/SketchUp will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of construction materials and methods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work within deadlines
