About the Role

Greenovation Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Designer – Building Planning & Design to join our in-house project team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural plans, building layouts, elevations, working drawings, and construction documentation for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role requires close coordination with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and the site execution team.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare accurate architectural plans, layouts, sections, elevations, and working drawings.

- Develop building elevations, facade concepts, and exterior design proposals.
- Prepare detailed construction and execution drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare and coordinate drawings required for project planning and statutory or municipal approval processes.
- Review site measurements and convert them into accurate architectural drawings.
- Modify and update drawings based on project requirements, site conditions, and management feedback.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure approved drawings and design intent are correctly implemented on site.




- Assist in resolving design- and drawing-related issues during project execution.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions, documentation, and project records.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, practical, and suitable for construction.

Qualification & Experience

* Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting, building planning, or construction drawings.
- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar architectural software is preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural planning, construction methods, building materials, and working drawings.
- Ability to interpret site measurements, structural layouts, and technical drawings.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
