Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed design packages for architectural projects, including drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.

- Develop construction documentation using REVIT software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the design process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.Arch degree from an accredited institution (any specialization).

- Robust understanding of building information modeling (BIM) concepts.

- Proficiency in REVIT software; knowledge of BIM principles is essential.

- 5-10 years of experience in architectural design or a related field (oil & gas industry preferred).
