Education - B. Arch./ GD Arch. or Masters in Architecture.
Experience - 5 to 8 yrs.
Work location : Mumbai Powai
Working mode: 5 days working in office.
Computer Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCad, PPT presentation, Photoshop, Google Sketch up, (optional - BIM, Revit) and other basic MS Office applications.
Other requirements:
- Should have worked on projects like Data Centers, Residential towers, Commercial bldgs., (Optional - Healthcare, School, Hotel & other various projects).
- Well-versed with building codes, municipal rules, regulations & bye-laws.
- Worked on PEB structures or Aluminium shuttering (MIVAN) dwgs.
- Preparing detailed architectural & Interior working drawings (GFC), Concept design, Electrical layouts, basic Plumbing dwgs for above mentioned projects.
- Visit construction sites to take measurements, Site execution/ progress monitoring as needed.
- Good knowledge of the latest finishing materials in the market.
- Well-versed & updated with Drafting, presentation technical details & integrating AI technology in Design.
- Coordination, checking & commenting on various MEP & Structural dwgs.
- Coordinating on emails with the concerned departments and consultants, proper documentation of soft & hard copies.
- Creative, positive in team work & strong communication skills.
- Candidates from Architectural design firms are preferred.
