Responsibilities for architectural draftsman:

- Assist scheduling the development of projects
- Coordinate drawings with outside consultants
- Remain informed on industry trends and related new technologies that could benefit the department
- Establish and maintain drafting and modeling best practices for the department
- To create various schematic design, design development, and construction drawings
- Prepare site plans
- Provide support to others users regarding AutoCAD, 3D and similar software
- Producing drawings from surveyed data and supplied as-builts using AutoCad software
- Potential candidates should be able to develop Installation Design Plans (IDP's), As-built's, and Installation Requirement Drawings (IRD's), 2D drawings, and isometric details utilizing AutoCAD
- Candidates should also be versatile in AutoCAD and/or Inventor 3D design software packages
- AutoCAD Certified
- Review and approve work statement packages for all assemblies
- Prepare drawings of all types of Survey Maps, including but not limited to Mortgage Surveys, Boundary Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Topographic Surveys,



Tree Surveys, Route Surveys and Subdivision Final Plats
- Compute stakeout points for construction stakeout
- Reproduces maps and revises maps as changes occur and maintains up to date distribution maps of Electric and Gas systems
- To support the engineering team in generating the necessary secondary engineering schematics schematics, terminal plans, cable schedules, component list, assembly drawings

Qualifications for architectural draftsman:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a qualified office
- Construction background is preferred
- Occasional travel may be required to other locations, as necessary
- Degree in Architecture, Planning, Communications, Education or related field
- Knowledge or experience in reading and evaluating zoning ordinances, building codes, applying for variances, rezoning permits

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
