Position: Junior Architect (IC)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 3+ years

Industry: Real Estate / Infrastructure / Conglomerate

Role & Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings under the guidance of the senior architect
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to integrate structural, MEP, and interior inputs
- Support in preparing presentations, layouts, and working drawings as per project requirements
- Assist in site visits and inspections to ensure design intent and quality compliance
- Prepare design documentation, BOQs, and drawing registers for review and submission
- B. Arch degree with 2-5 years of experience in architectural design and detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Understanding design codes, construction materials, and detailing practices
- Strong visualisation and documentation skills with attention to accuracy
- Experience required with Large Scale commercial & residential project, someone with presentability & positive communication skills.
