We are seeking creative architects with experience of mixed-use, residential and commercial projects to join our growing teams in Mumbai and New Delhi. You will work with a globally-connected team on a wide range of projects.

Essential Requirements

- Completion of accredited Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of professional experience working in the field of Architecture and Masterplanning
- Experience in all stages of design and construction administration of residential and commercial developments, including tall buildings, particularly in an Indian context
- Strong design skills, particularly in residential planning and layouts
- Capable of planning complex design projects from inception through to GFCs (and beyond)
- Proven and demonstrable communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to multi-task with an enduring commitment to timelines and deadlines

Responsibilities

- Design and review projects at all stages of concept, schematic and detailed design
- Responsibility for the design at all stages and construction packages
- Preparing and developing drawings, 3D models, images and other documents relating to the design

- Preparing design presentations




- Construction documentation including detailing, schedules and specifications
- Coordinating with the design team to establish and develop building design intent, type, style, etc.
- Coordinating with and reviewing information from the wider design team, engineers, consultants and client bodies
- Collaborate with design team members located in our global offices

Nice-to-have

- Working knowledge of Archicad and Grasshopper would be advantageous
- Experience working for an international design studio
- Foreign languages in addition to English advantageous
- Valuable working knowledge of Vaastu in residential design

Hours Full-time: 40 hours a week over 5 days, Monday to Friday
