Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly self-sufficient Architect who can own client-facing communication directly and produce construction documentation in Revit independently, with minimal oversight. Beyond technical drafting, this role calls for a strong design sensibility - an eye for materials, color, and finishes - plus the ability to visualize and present design concepts persuasively to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact directly with the client to understand requirements, present design options, and walk through revisions - without requiring a go-between.
- Independently produce construction drawings in Revit with minimal guidance, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailing.
- Develop design schemes with strong material, color,



and finish selections that reflect the client’s vision and budget.
- Create renderings using SketchUp, V-Ray, or other rendering software to communicate design intent visually.
- Prepare and deliver polished client presentations of design concepts and options.
- Translate client goals into design schemes that balance aesthetics, efficiency, functionality, and budget.
- Prepare drawings, plans, and design packages suitable for permitting and construction.
- Collaborate on tenant improvement, build-out, and capital improvement project designs as needed.

Required Skills & Software

- Strong, independent proficiency in Revit -able to produce construction drawings with minimal guidance (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Rendering proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, or comparable rendering software
- Strong sense of design, materials, colors, and finishes
- Strong presentation skills – comfortable putting together and presenting design concepts to clients
- Solid understanding of US building codes, design standards, and construction documentation
- Excellent English communication skills and confidence leading client conversations directly, without a go-between
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

Preferred Qualifications





- Experience across a mix of commercial, industrial, and residential project types.
- Prior experience supporting US-based architecture or construction firms.
- Familiarity with permit and bid documentation processes.
- Exposure to tenant improvement and build-out projects.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
