Bhargav Group is an architecture and design practice working across scales from institutional campuses and high-rise buildings to mixed-use developments, workplaces, healthcare and residential projects.

As our practice and projects continue to grow, we are looking for an architect who is curious, responsible, and interested in understanding how buildings come together not only how they are conceived.

THE ROLE

You will be involved across different stages of a project, from design development and documentation to consultant coordination and execution.

Key responsibilities include

- Developing architectural designs across multiple project typologies
- Preparing drawings, presentations, submittals, and working details
- Coordinating with structural, MEP, façade, landscape, and other consultants
- Supporting project timelines, documentation, and design deliverables
- Participating in client meetings, site discussions, and execution reviews
- Contributing actively to studio discussions, design reviews, and iterations

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, presentation, and documentation tools
- Experience preparing working drawings and coordinating project information
- Ability to manage responsibilities across timelines and project stages
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper would be an added advantage

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

We are a hands-on practice. We travel to sites, remain closely involved during execution, and learn through the process of building.

This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, is comfortable moving between design thinking and technical resolution, and wants to grow through meaningful involvement in projects from concept to completion.
