We are seeking a Technical Coordinator with a background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Urban Planning to support our land acquisition, industrial development, and real estate projects in Pune/PCMC. The role involves evaluating land development potential, coordinating with architects and consultants, ensuring UDCPR compliance, and managing approvals from various authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess land parcels for development potential, zoning, land use, road access, and feasibility.
- Coordinate with architects for FSI calculations, plot potential assessments, layout planning, and development studies.
- Interpret and apply UDCPR regulations related to setbacks, margins, parking, height restrictions, and layout approvals.
- Liaise with PCMC, PMRDA, MIDC, Town Planning departments, and Gram Panchayats for obtaining necessary approvals and permissions.
- Follow up on layout sanctions, NA permissions, commencement certificates, occupancy certificates, and other statutory approvals.




- Review drawings and technical documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain project records, approval trackers, land documents, and technical reports.
- Conduct site visits to verify boundaries, access roads, and development feasibility.

Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Urban Planning.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in real estate, land development, liaison, planning, or technical coordination.
- Strong knowledge of UDCPR, FSI calculations, and development approvals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site and authority visits.

Salary will be based on experience, with additional performance-based incentives linked to project approvals and milestones. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
