SXT Architects, Calicut is looking for an experienced Architect to join our growing team.

REQUIREMENTS

- 6-9 years of skilled experience
- Strong experience in Premium Residential, Hospitality & Commercial Projects
- Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit & Lumion/D5 Render
- Knowledge of AI tools for design & visualization is an advantage
- Strong design, detailing, project management & client coordination skills
- Ability to independently handle projects from concept to construction
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors & site teams

Malls, Offices & Mixed-Use Developments

QUALIFICATION

B.Arch — Mandatory

COA Registration — Preferred

M.Arch — Added advantage
