About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Architects / Architectural Graduates to join our architectural practice.

The candidate will be involved in architectural planning, municipal approval drawings, design development, working drawings, construction documentation and site coordination for residential, redevelopment and other construction projects.

Our firm primarily focuses on Architectural Practice and Construction Projects. We do NOT undertake Interior Design / Interior Projects.

Candidates who have recently completed B.Arch and are interested in building a career in professional architectural practice and construction are welcome to apply.

For freshers, prior professional experience is not mandatory. We are looking for candidates with a willingness to learn and develop practical knowledge in:

- Architectural planning
- UDCPR
- Municipal / sanction drawings
- Building approval procedures
- Working drawings
- Construction detailing
- Consultant coordination
- Site execution and coordination
- Architectural documentation

Candidates with previous experience in UDCPR, Municipal Approvals, Working Drawings and Construction Projects will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations and detailed drawings.
- Prepare municipal submission and sanction drawings.
- Work with applicable UDCPR and development regulations.




- Assist in preparation of development permission and approval documentation.
- Prepare detailed working drawings for construction.
- Prepare architectural details and construction documentation.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with Structural, MEP, Fire and other consultants.
- Assist in design development and project planning.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Visit construction sites when required.
- Incorporate site requirements and revisions into architectural drawings.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions and project documentation.

Required / Preferred Knowledge
- UDCPR
- Municipal Corporation / Planning Authority procedures
- Municipal and sanction drawings
- Architectural planning
- Building regulations and bye-laws
- Working drawings
- Construction detailing
- Area calculations and FSI-related drawings
- Consultant coordination
- Basic understanding of construction methods

For experienced candidates: Practical knowledge of UDCPR and municipal approval procedures is preferred. For freshers: Basic understanding and willingness to learn are sufficient.

Software Skills

AutoCAD – Mandatory

Knowledge of the following will be an advantage:

- SketchUp
- Revit
- Photoshop
- MS Office
