ARCHITECT

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities

1. Design and develop steel buildings, commercial buildings, residential projects, and other construction projects.
2. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, layouts, elevations, and 3D models.
3. Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and assist with project costing and estimation.
4. Understand client requirements and develop suitable design solutions.
5. Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
6. Prepare qualified design presentations and project proposals for clients.
7. Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, factory, and internal project teams.
8. Conduct site visits and monitor project progress and design implementation.
9. Coordinate with site staff and ensure proper execution according to approved drawings.
10. Assist in material selection, quantity estimation, costing, and project planning.
11. Make design modifications based on client requirements and site conditions.
12. Ensure drawings and project documentation are accurate and delivered on time.

Required Software Skills AutoCAD, Revit,



3ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp and other architectural/design software will be an advantage.

Required Skills

1. Good knowledge of steel building design and construction.
2. Ability to prepare BOQ, estimates, and project costing.
3. Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
4. Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
5. Good coordination and team-management abilities.
6. Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
7. Willingness to travel for site visits.
8. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
9. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in steel buildings, commercial projects, residential projects, or prefabricated structures will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
