We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Fresher Architect to join our architecture team. The candidate will assist senior architects in design development, preparation of drawings, 3D visualization, documentation, and coordination with project teams.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in developing residential, commercial and other architectural projects.
- Prepare concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
- Develop and modify drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in creating 3D models and architectural visualizations using software such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or similar tools.
- Prepare presentation drawings, layouts and design proposals.
- Assist in preparing BOQ, material specifications and project documentation.
- Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, consultants and site teams.
- Visit project sites when required and understand site conditions and construction progress.
- Assist in checking drawings and ensuring that designs are executed as per approved plans.
- Make revisions to drawings based on client and senior architect feedback.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, documents and project files.
- Learn and follow applicable building regulations, standards and architectural practices.
- Support the team in completing projects within the required time and quality standards.
Skills Required
- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / 3D software will be an advantage.
- Understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Good design sense and creativity.
- Basic knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work on multiple projects.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.
